Each month, we’ll explore a new health and wellness topic with a variety of resources to help you integrate it into your life:

Weekly live videos to break down the topic, answer your questions, and give you the confidence to apply what you’re learning to your life
Interactive discussions and support throughout the month so you can navigate challenges that come up

Monthly Group Wanders
Get outside and experience the power of nature while connecting with other women. Activities will primarily be walks in nature, and may include yoga or mindfulness practices. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll explore something indoors like a nature center or museum!
These monthly group wanders are:
Open to the public, but exclusive to women participants
A chance to bond, share experiences, and strengthen your body and mind
Designed to be more social than hard workouts, but may have the option to add on more if desired (for example, we may walk an easy trail but can also add on more)
Monthly Group Support Sessions
Stay connected and receive the support you need to navigate your unique challenges:
Each session focuses on YOU and what matters most to your journey

These sessions will be in person if possible, and virtual if needed
